All merchandisepurchase from RobertoAlomar.com are only exchangeable if the merchandisepurchased is not exactly what was delivered( i.e., an away signed jersey wasordered yet a home jersey was delivered). All other merchandise purchased fromRobertoAlomar.com is non refundable.

RobertoAlomar.com will not allow any exchanges unless the incorrect product was shipped out.

RobertoAlomar.com will pay for the re shipment of incorrect goods. RobertoAlomar.com will send a return shipping label directlyto the address it was delivered. The purchaser will then have to mail it backto RobertoAlomar.com and once the item is received and is inspected fordamages, then the correct item will be shipped out to the customer.

If a product isdamaged once received, RobertoAlomar.com is not responsible to return the newitem to the customer. The customer will be notified and will be shipped thedamaged piece.
