    Roberto Alomar Bio

    Roberto Alomar was born on February 5, 1968 in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Alomar is widely regarded as one of the greatest second basemen in baseball history. A 12-time All-Star, he won two World Series championships with the Toronto Blue Jays (1992, 1993) and earned 10 Gold Glove Awards. With a career .300 batting average and 2,724 hits, Alomar was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame in 2011.
